Bio
Dr. Jane Hoel is a 2023 graduate from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she also received her Master’s in Public Health. She began her career at Colony Park Animal Hospital in June of 2023. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from UNC at Chapel Hill. Her interests include internal medicine, surgery, dermatology, urgent care, infectious disease, and nutrition. She has lived in Chapel Hill, NC for most of her life, except for a four-year stint in Michigan for her veterinary degree. She has three dogs (two Border Collies and a Golden Retriever), a cat, and a horse. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with the dogs, vegetable gardening, kayaking, fishing, and riding her horse. She is very excited to be part of the family here at Colony Park Animal Hospital and can’t wait to meet all of you!
