Hope joined our team in 2019 and is now our lead customer service representative. Despite having a bachelor’s degree is in Psychology, Hope followed her passion for helping animals and their owners, often during the toughest of times. When Hope is not in the office helping clients, you can find her spending time with her family or travelling all over with her two dogs, Diva and Parker, and her husband, Tyler.
