Bio
Maria graduated from Bemidji State University (Minnesota) with her B.S in Environmental Studies. Incorporating animal welfare into her studies and personal life led Maria to CPAH where she began working as a Veterinary Assistant in 2023. Maria loves to volunteer at animal shelters and therapy events with her dog, Thunder. She and her fiancé live with 4 furry companions- 2 dogs (Olive and Thunder), a cat (Wade), and a rabbit (Melon). During their free time they enjoy hiking and going to the beach.
