Bordetella Vaccine Protocol Change

August 1st, 2013

We have changed our Bordetella Vaccine protocol. We now give an injectable bordetella vaccine that lasts for 1 year! Puppies will be give the intranasal vaccine between 8-10 weeks of age and boostered with the injectable between 14-16 weeks of age. Who should get the vaccine? Any dog that goes to dog parks, is boarded, training classes, or goes to grooming. This vaccine helps to protect dogs from kennel cough. If you have any questions or think your dog needs to be vaccinated, feel free to call our office.
