Bathing & Grooming

Our full service spa offers bathing and grooming options for dogs and cats. Annual exams and vaccinations are available, if needed, while your pet is visiting the spa.

All spa patients are bathed using the HydroSurge washing system. With this system, the groomer uses a hand held sprayer to dispense a mixture of water and shampoo that provides a massage for your pet in addition to a deep cleaning bath. Your pet is also provided with a complimentary nail trim and basic ear cleaning. Patients are then placed in drying kennels on elevated racks. This prevents them from sitting in dripping water and allows the force dryer to circulate air around and under them. Force dryers help to remove loose hair and significantly decrease your pet's drying time. Once dry, your pet is brushed to remove any additional loose hair.

Grooming patients are trimmed to your specifications in addition to receiving all of the same services as bathing patients. Our groomer, Teri Oxendine, will speak with you about your pet's haircut when you arrive at the hospital.

We recommend for pets to be groomed every 4-6 weeks to maintain their healthy skin and coat. Baths every 10-12 weeks are recommended for pets that do not receive grooming services.

Bathing appointments are available Monday through Friday and grooming appointments are available Monday through Thursday. Please call 3-5 days in advance for grooming appointments.

Check In Time: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

In order to provide the best service possible, Teri speaks with each client about their pet's style prior to performing any grooming services. Please allow approximately 5-10 minutes to speak with Teri on the morning of your pet's appointment.
